Nice job. My suggestion is making a death screen or some kind of indication you have been attacked, it's a little disorienting being reset to the start right away. And make enemies and ammo respawn after death. Not sure there is a way to 'finish' the game too, but it would be nice to have a finish line. Also sound and ambience, of course.
